1.LT50K/D Semiautomatic Packaging units are widely used in all kinds of packaging for granular materials, such as: soybean meal, feed, building materials, compound fertilizer, chemical materials and other kinds of granular materials.
2.The machine consists of elevator, automatic weighing machine, belt conveyor and pack sealing machine, equipped with pneumatic bag-clamping device.
3.The elevator elevates the product to the feed hopper of the weighing machine for automatic weighing, transporting and sealing .
4.PLC control, its operation and maintenance are both very convenient.
5.All the processes of measuring, making, filling, sealing, code printing, cutting and counting etc. can be done automatically.
6.Check weigher, metal detect machine and finished product conveyor are optional for customers.
